Rear ended on Christmas Eve.. totaled?

Inside door picture is passenger rear door closed. All four passenger door are overlapping body or large gaps. And, of course tailgate is destroyed.
What should I expect adjuster will do?
Was hit and run Christmas eve. State patrol found him. Just unknown yet if he has insurance. Will find out more very soon.
Rear cross member/ hitch shoved into muffler and is cracked as well.

Take photos and make a list of every mod on it down to the bolts. Just went through something similar. Insurance companies want to pay out as little as possible. Any Documentation helps

It's a JK, I'd hope it's totaled so I could buy a TJ!



Kidding aside, sorry that happened - hopefully the resolution is reasonable. I'd guess totaled since theres not only extensive tub work but with that damage I'd suspect the frame is tweaked too.

Its only "totaled" if you let it be "totaled". I've been through that particular fight twice now.
