Rear seat bolt sizes?

As confused as anyone can be over the vast majority of different fasteners on the tj. Can ANYBODY tell me the sizes of the bolts for the rear seat? As I understand there is supposed to be some sort of long brackets I'm missing but I just need to know the sizes of the star pattern bolts that are used so I can go get longer ones for a project to lift my rear seat up about 2 1/2 inches.
 
Are you talking about the taller brackets that are bolted in with 2 bolts on each side and that the rear seat pivots on when tumbled forward? They are M8 bolts, hope that helps.

Yes but my rear seat has 4 brackets. 2 in the front and 2 in the rear of the seat. Each bracket has 2 bolts. And from what I can tell they appear to be a finer thread
