Rear seat brackets?

I just purchased a 1997 TJ and it doesn’t have a rear seat. I grabbed a fold up rear seat off marketplace and I guess I need brackets for it? Can yall help with what I need? Is it something like this??

I know the LJ is longer. But what is the point of the longer seat mounts? Is there an alternative placement of the seat? Do they function as a brace for the longer bed of the LJ? Just a curious LJ owner . . .

I believe the LJ rear seat sits back further than the TJ’s.

Yes a bit more leg room in the LJ for rear passengers compared to the TJ. But the rear seat mounts are about 5 times he length and run quite a ways back in the tub. Maybe its to pickup another cross member? I need to crawl under and compare.
