Rear sway bar bushings needed

PO installed a 4" lift and I don't know what brand parts he used. My rear sway bar bushing are shot.

Does anyone know if these bushing sizes typically remain the same as stock ones when a lift has been added?

Any tips on where to get replacements if I need to measure and order universal parts?

Swaybar bushings would be stock as long as the bar is still stock.
Swaybar links are usually replaced with longer (aftermarket) ones and may have non-stock bushings?
