Rear sway bar bushings

Once again, no idea what components PO used for 4" lift on '03 Rubi. I want to replace the rear sway bar bushings. Without knowing brands used, most times when replacing bushings I have trouble getting correct ones.

Is it likely bushings are the same size regardless of lift type used?

Or, any tips on how ID/ pick correct size replacements parts?

Which bushings, at the frame or the links?

People often use the OEM rear sway bar, just changing the links. The frame bushings are probably MOOG K3160 (Amazon $9/pair) if your sway bar is 16mm diameter. Links are a whole 'nother story.

Thanks OldBuzzard, I was thinking I'd replace all of them, appreciate the tips, I'll check SB diameter...
