Rear Sway Bar Bushings

My link bushings that the rear Sway Bar fit into are worn out.

The TJ parts list do not show a separate for this only the complete link arm.
(3 52088 896AA2 Link, Sway Eliminator)

Can I replace the bushing and if so can you tell me what are the dimensions.

Bob I was about to look in my Mopar parts guide but I need your model year. Please complete your Profile, I went there for that information but it's still devoid of any information about your Jeep.
