California Rear track bar bracket for lift kit

I have here a used track bar bracket with the hardware pictured, I assume this is for a 3.5 inch lift because that's how far apart the center of each bolt hole is from where the track bar would originally mount to where this bracket has it. Hardware pictured is included, I included a few pics so you can get an idea of hows its mounted, I dont know if any of the holes would need to be drilled on your axle because this came on a axle I bought.
Don't know the brand, but I would guess its a JKS or Rubicon Express. $40 shipped obo
