Rear track bar not aligning in frame mount

I didn’t have that problem, looks like they maybe welded it misaligned, maybe rust made the location options limited?

Im hoping that isnt the case, but its always a possibility. If i had a way to know the measurements as to where it should be positioned I would check. Worst case senario I find where it has to be moved and my guy does it again for another 2 pack of miller lol.

Thank you all for the feedback. I seriously love this forum. Im going to try the relocation bracket with and without the upper CA's attached. If that dont work, looks like ill have to try the adjustable control arm method. If anyone else has been through similar and has ideas to fix it im open to all suggestions and will provide feedback. You’re at 4” of lift. There’s a lot more than springs and shocks that are needed to correct for all the changes that were made. Even with the angled bracket you need an adjustable rear trackbar to “center” the axle under the rig. You need an SYE and DC shaft. You need adjustable control arms to adjust the pinion. You need proper bumpstop length. It goes on and on. Any lift on a TJ over 2.5” gets into expensive territory. That’s not even mentioning the regear for bigger tires so it will be tolerable onroad.

UPDATE: I tried the relocation bracket by JKS and that didn't quite solve the problem. I think the next thing im going to try is detaching the upper CA's to see if i can adjust then axle a bit to line her up. Gonna have to wait until my new adjustable uppers come in later this week cause the old stock ones got 160,000 miles on em and shot.

Is your track bar not adjustable?

I bought an adjustable one to compensate for the lift. It can easily reach both mounts but binds in the frame bracket.

Something just isn't right. If you have an adjustable track bar, then leave the jam nut loose until you have the bolts installed. That allows the it to be aligned before tightening. If you still can't get it with that, then you need to post up pictures of what's going on because you're doing something wrong.
