Rear wheel bearings leaking

SO a few months ago I replaced the rear wheel bearings and seals. All has been good until today I see the fluid leaking from one of them again. Since it has only been about 4 months I am wondering how long others are getting out of theirs. Anything I should look for when I pull it back apart?

Check the seal surface for pitting, wear, grooves, etc.

Check for wear in seal area. Use Spicer components including a new retaining plate

Great advise. I'll have it apart next week for the gear upgrade so I'll inspect it all again.
