Removing Seat Risers / Brackets

I'm looking to remove the front seat risers / floor brackets from my 2005 Unlimited so I can sand off some rust and repaint them.

I feel stupid even asking but I can't figure out how to remove them from the seat itself and couldn't find a thread on it here, or much via Google / Youtube.

Am I missing something obvious? Or is there some some complex process to get them off to repaint them?

Four bolts to remove the seat, and the seatbelt corner is a bigger bolt.
Then it looks like these bolts underneath might be what you're looking for. I haven't disassembled mine any further.
