04 TJ with disc brakes on all four corners.

Anybody here replace ONLY their parking brake shoes? My friction material disintegrated/fell off when I pulled off my rear disc rotors so right now I'm just rolling with no e-brake (automatic so not a huge deal). I know there are kits for full rebuilds, but if I can save a few bucks I'd like to go that way. Obviously if it doesn't work out I can just go buy the kit then, but I wanted to ask around first.

Thanks!

Take your pick.

I'll take that as affirmation, thanks @mrblaine. :) I should have clarified, I do have the shoes already, I was just checking to make sure it's not a fools errand to reuse the existing hardware.
I'd never do it that way but I tend to be bothered by putting new crap in and reusing old crap when a couple of bucks gets me all new crap.
