It's a funny decision. T-nuts are a very poor choice of hardware for bolting pieces is steel together.

Agree. Grade 8 or higher bolts with rivet nuts is the way to go. I wanted to show the sizes for reference. I thought the same, funny to get that hardware with these sliders.

I have no clue to be honest. 50 bucks for the track bar. That's what I bought it for
