Rocker Is Not Lining Up

I just put my new cylinder head on my 99 2,5. One of my rockers is not centered as good as I think it should be. Is there an adjustment ? Would you guys consider using high temp red gasket maker for intake manifold? Tomorrow I hope to hear this thing hum, but is there something I should be careful of before I start this thing.

On my 4.0 I put my intake and exhaust gasket on dry.

^ 2nd that I would not use any sealer on the intake. But do you have a picture of the rocker issue. Should be pretty symmetrical down the line when tighten down. There is some playin the assembly that should center when snugged up.
