Rough idle - P1391 - and stalling

Hey folks, long time reader and first time poster. I hope I am posting in the proper area, but my apologies if its not!
I have a 2005 TJ Sport that was a 2.4L/6spd, but 1st, 2nd, and REV synchro's shaved off and a head gasket had a leak with 225K km so I found a 4.0L donor!
It was a 2003 TJ Sahara 4.0L/5spd... The Swap was a major PIA but worked out fine, everything worked, no CEL's or Codes, life was good.... Until...
the 4.0L developed a little tick, then a medium tick, then a LOUD tick tick tick tick, took motor out, tore it down, and Cam was wiped, not bad but it was for sure the smoking gun for the source of the tick. So Put a cam in with new bearings, lifters, push rods, rockers, pivots, timing set and a high volume pump... all melling and Felpro gaskets. Put it all in and buttoned up, hooray. Fired it up, took it to 2000-2500rpm for 25min for the break-in, had a couple misses off the hop but otherwise completed the break-in no issue and ran fine up in those RPM's, until let off throttle to idle. It almost immediately started running rough and stalls. There was a CEL and I got a P1392 Intermittent loss of CMP or CKP with P0353 and P0351 coil codes (I think the coil codes are a result of the P1391). The two things that come to mind are 1) did I mess up installing the CMP sensor (OPDA) or 2) I replaced the CKP sensor due to cutting the wires off on firewall when putting the engine in.
I installed the CMP via the toothpick method @ TDC (did this twice to ensure it was correct), Then I tried it 180* out just for fun with no change. If I unplug CKP or CMP it will crank but not start. I'm really leaning towards the new (Chinese) Crank Position Sensor.

Any input on this would be treated like gold as I'm running out of ideas.

I would like to get MOPAR CKP sensor but they are backordered at dealer so it will take some hunting to find one. The jeep initially starts easy and idles fine for 10-20 seconds and you can tell the PCM is trying to "correct" to what it sees as the right sensor data and it starts running like garbage until it stalls in about 1-2 minutes. FWIW mechanically I think its fine as initial start up and break in at 200rpm was good and oil pressure is 60psi revving and 40-50 idle (hot)

Well I don't have much experience with the CPS, but I very recently learned my lesson with a brand-new TPS.

I put a brand new aftermarket one on from the parts store believing it would be good as it was new, so it must be good.

After another month of trying to chase my problems down. I broke down and bought the factory Mopar Sensor, put it in andv immediately everything was perfect again..

I'd say start with that, get an actual Mopar sensor just to rule it out.

I learned my lesson and I'm passing it on.

Bought a MOPAR CKP sensor from the dealer for 190$ CAD (gross), snipped it in and it ran like a champ. So the rock auto CKP was bad out of the box. I tested the rock auto sensor and it read 4k ohms across pin 1 and 2 and OL across 1 and 3 and 2 and 3, the new MOPAR sensor tested OL across all 3 pin combos. Disappointed that the pricey MOPAR sensor had a big ol MADE IN CHINA on the label though. Also the 2003 TJ 4.0L CMP sensor setting via the toothpick method is correct. So its now running good with no CEL's or codes again and no tick tick tick tick ticking! (knock on wood).
