Running so good as a daily driver

I'm not sure, but at some point you're going to go as fast as the gears will let you go, so you're going to hit a point where it just can't go any faster. Of course it may be very hard to get to that speed as the aerodynamics alone will fight you as hard as possible.

DO NOT go to Texas, 75 is the minimum and everyone is doing 90. You try to do 65, the semis will run you off the road.

My Jeep is from Texas so it should be able to reach 100 mph.

I've been daily driving mine since I bought it new in March of 2006. For years I've been shifting around 2000 rpm. Since reading this forum for the past year I'm shifting at higher rpms and it seems to run a bit smoother. First gear used to seem too low and would lurch, but now I have 32s and it seems perfect.

with the 4 angry squirrels, I don't know what it's like to drive at less than 3000rpm at any given point.

It definitely runs better the more it's driven, though - especially in the cooler weather.

You mean "babying" it?

Now go rev the crap out of it. I regularly take mine up to 5k RPMs when driving and they drive so much better when you actually aren't afraid to rev them up. People seem to think it will hurt the engine, but they forget the rev limiter was put there for a reason.
