Rust treatment suggestions

So its April in pa, winter is over and I'm checking my vehicle for rust. Under the body just in front of rear driver side wheel I notice rust appearing through the silver paint of my jeep.

Crap. Its rusting from the inside and though the sheetmetal is solid the rust made it's way all the way through. It's the boxed in area with access hole covered by a piece of tape under the fender flare. Stuck my finger in there and sure enough, large chunks of loose rust.

Trying to figure out the best way to halt its growth at this point. I drilled drainage holes in both sides. The passenger side has a little rust inside the box, but it looks good.

I sprayed some phosphoric acid rust dissolve in there the rinsed it out with simple green and a power washer. Its drying now.

I am thinking Eastwood internal frame coating followed by dowsing the inside of the box with fluid film and chassis saver on the bottom of the body.

Does anybody have some suggestions to help stop the cancer?

My understanding is that por15 and chassis saver are pretty much the same thing

I did por15 brushed on outside, and fluid film inside and it hasn’t rusted and held up great after a year. I would skip the Eastwood.

There was a section where I was rushing and applied por15 over bare metal and didn’t follow directions so well, it ended up peeling after pressure washing it and it was bare metal underneath after a year.

I decided to grind down the whole area to prevent peeling and getting the por15 off spots I painted over rust correctly was a lot of work.
