Serpentine Belt

Ok, so I replaced my power steering pump and belt tensioner; now I can not get my serpentine belt on. I bought a new belt, it's an 883 like every site says it should be, it is routed correctly and I know how to use the belt tensioner. THE DAMN THING WON'T GO ON! I can't check the old belt as it was shredded and the wife through it away. I even tried an 885 still can't get it on. Please help. 2005 TJ 4.0 with A/C.

Double-check the routing...here's mine (2004 4.0 w/AC).

You wouldn't happen to know the belt size would you? I have the exact same routing and it still isnt working. Thinking maybe I have the wrong size belt.

Could be the new belt is too short because it's for the 4.0 without A/C.
