Are the idler pulleys the same?

02 4.0. Replacing the original belt so I ordered the gates combo kit with belt, idler, and tensioner, Gates 90K-38163 Complete Serpentine Belt Drive Component Kit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079CBZCB1/?tag=wranglerorg-20

Is the power steering idler the same as the one in the combo kit and I should order Gates 38043 DriveAlign Belt Drive Idler/Tensioner Pulley https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000C2SGHA/?tag=wranglerorg-20 for a total of two pulleys l?

I believe 97-02 are set up the same: they are not the same pulley.
