The boot cover on my AX15 stick is rapidly cracking & crumbling - 22 years old, go figure.
Is there a good aftermarket replacement? Haven't found one in the junkyards in much better shape. The plastic base that snaps into the console is cracked in half too.
Any ideas? Or should I just get out the epoxy and silicones?

I imagine a leather boot is my only option. No neoprene to be had with a snap in base. My base is cracked too and easily releases the boot when it's cold out.
Had the leatherette boot on my other TJ and it got stiff in the winter too. Didn't last into its second winter.

The boot and base are both avaiable on Amazon, I replaced both as well as the inner boot a couple weeks ago.

Check the inner boot too while you are in there.
