Should these hoses be connected?

I am getting ready to swap the radiator in 2002 TJ and noticed these 2 vacuum lines with open ends. Should they be connected with a 90 degree connector?

Factory service manuals are available here. Look up your vacuum like routing and you should be able to determine what goes where.

Thanks. Yep a 90 degree fitting should be there according to the diagram for the LDAP.
