I just took the end caps off for a look see, I like the stock bumper but have realized the export pedestrian pushers end caps take away the wrangler look from the front by hiding the wheels at the flares.

Definitely looks better with the new tires and wheels.
Does it still have the hood decal and oxblood colored seats?

Thanks! The hood decal was all scuffed up so a removed it but kept the “king ranch” seats.
Are the tj fender flares a direct bolt on to the YJ? I wasn’t really a fan of the YJ flares, but you made yours look great!

2003 Tomb Raider Rubicon #969. Bought new and besides the 2 tone dash not much left
Really nice! I used to have #966. Totaled it in an accident. Paid $16k in 2008 when I bought it. Got $16k in 2018 from my insurance. Looked for another TJ (not necessarily a TR ed), but TR #1095 in pristine condition with 17K miles landed on my lap. I'll post some pics later. Mine only has a 3 in lift and a winch as upgrades.

Dead on dude! That's exactly what they remind me of!
I kinda wish the PO would have left mine in, I'd like to have sat in them long enough to know whether I liked them or not.

# 166 (if I remember correctly) Jeep is currently down in CA for a major lift and upgrades.
Bought this with 57,000 miles in 2018 for 16K.
All stock until just a few months ago.

Yeah, I kinda like the trim job on those front flares.
This is my special Ed. TR #1095. I don't know of a number higher than mine. Maybe mine was the last built. I read many articles saying "Jeep made about 1,000 of these." It's more like about 1,100.

That's cool having that serial number. Almost the last! I too always thought a thousand had been made.

What’s the interior look like?
Are there trim differences in that edition vs a standard model?
I know the differences between them are auto/manual trans, hard/soft top, and the rear view mirror. Some got the plain/simple one while others got the one with lights and temp/compass. Other than those diferences, they were built the same. What separates the TR from regular Rubicons (other than cosmetic options) is the alternator with 136 Amps instead of 117.
