I ended up doing same only to find out the spacer/adapters on the jeep were non hubcentric. I could have used one of those for the spare. Hindsight is perfect
I need a 5 x 4.5 to 5 x 5 also. I haven't been able to find a single yet. I currently have the Spidertrax brand I think they are this one:

I'm not in a big hurry. If you/we can't find a single then I guess we could buy the 2-pack and split it. $109 is the cheapest I can find for this set.

I had to google the difference. So non-hub centric is fine for the spare. Just a bad idea for the 4 wheels on the vehicle.
So are you going to part out all 4 of the non-hub spacers/adapters? How much? Are they 1.5"
