Hello I have a 02 wrangler sport 4.0l, recently have been having a slow start every once in awhile , have had batterie checked and alternator both all good, went ahead and put a new starter in it and noticed the old starter was soaked with oil on the inside, threw the new starter in and I’m still getting a slow start about once out of 15 starts, anyone have any suggestions what to do next?
