Just bringing this up again with a few questions for those that might know.
Wanting clear windows has really narrowed what's available.
Is there a difference between the sail shade material and the OEM Polymer cloth?
I'm looking at the Bestop replace a top and have noticed that it comes in the two materials.
This top in particular https://www.bestop.com/products/1997-2002-sailcloth-replace-a-top-2/ but I've noticed it's only listed to a 2002 TJ.
I have a 2003 TJ, is there any reason this won't fit?
Quadratec list that top with that part number to fit up to a 2006 model.

I've done a bit more research into the questions I had and have come up with some answers.
I'll pop them up here in case someone searches down the track.
The traditional Replace A Top is a thinner material than what the factory offers.
The Sail Cloth Replace A Top has the same material as the factory material.
The Twill Replace A Top is a premium BMW Mercedes Style top.
From 03-06 is when Jeep implemented the impact protection on the roll bars which is thicker than the factory padding on the 97-02 models, these are different to ensure proper fitment with the sport bar cover.
I'll pop them up here in case someone searches down the track.

I loved the one I had. Unfortunately I had to give it up when I installed my full cage. It cause the rear window to be 3 inches short. Because of the rear upper cross bar. Best frameless top out there.
Not sure if you are replacing the fittings as well but the sunrider version is a really good option. Use the sunroof section of mine most of the time.
