No adhesive with that one so you'd need to get creative. I'm not saying which is best but I used the Hotheads Sound Assassin liner with good results in my LJ. It has a very good adhesive and is thin enough to add a BedRug on top.

Earplugs also reduce heat through the trans tunnel?Ear plugs work better and are cheaper.

I would avoid using adhesive or painting or spraying anything onto the tub interior. Makes for a lot of work if you need to make any repairs in the future.
FWIW the Hotheads is adhesive material, not an added adhesive. It would come up if you had to remove the insulation. Just clarifying. I wouldn't pour some adhesive on there (or use a bedliner material).
