I have 1.25" wheel spacers on my '04 TJ Unlimited. I am looking at 15x10 wheels. What is the max tire size I can use without adding a lift kit.

Without a lift on a stock height TJ you can run 33" but it will barely fit and it will rub over every bump you hit.

31" would be the biggest size tire I would run on a stock TJ. Any larger than that and you'll be asking for trouble.

10" wide wheels are not recommended if you go off-road and air your tires down much. It takes more air pressure to hold the tire beads against edges 10" apart than when they are 8" apart.

In other words it would be more likely for that size tire to come unseated from a 15x10 wheel when aired down while offroading than it would on a 15x8 wheel.

15x8 wheels ars far more popular for 33 or 35x12.5" tires for that reason.

Why do you need spacers with only 3.63" back space ?

Are you building a modern Renegade with CanAm flares ?

But honestly, 3.63 BS minus the spacers and 15x10 rims... moving everything that far out will create enormous stress on the axle components.
