Speed sensor electrical issue and leakage from transfer case

I have an issue with speed sensor.

Speedometer is not working and there is a leakage from the area where the speed sensor is connected.

I replaced the 0-ring but still the problem pre resists

Yes tried to fix it with a seal

You need to replace the part that is broken altogether. What you've done there clearly isn't working.
