Starting Rough

Starting jeep after sitting it will start up fine. Drive for about 30 minutes. If you turn off key and turn back on it will start fine. If you turn off jeep and let sit for about 15 minutes(like run into store) then try to restart it will not start. Sputters like it isn't getting gas. If you let jeep sit for or about 30 or more minutes, I guess to cool down the jeep will start up fine. Do not know what could be wrong.

Does it act this same way in the winter ?
Or did it just begin acting up as this hot July weather is upon us ?

It has been getting worse as it's hot out

I'd guess vapor lock, due to the ethanol in the fuel. There is a kit to fix that. Look up heat soak problems

Thanks for the response. I will look into that. Problem is driving me crazy.
