Strange Noise from Transmission

Under certain circumstances that I cannot always consistently reproduce (happens more so in 4Lo though), I'm getting a weird gear noise. It almost sounds like an electric forklift motor, as can be heard in this clip I took yesterday. Any ideas?

Possibly relevant details...

• Recently added poly motor and trans mounts (developed a slight higher pinion angle that I'm working to correct)
• It almost sounds like it is coming from either my rear main seal area or front output shaft (could it be the bearing?)

Not one to bump posts, but I'm pretty concerned about this noise. I'm noticing that I can actually reproduce it often when engine braking in 1st gear - seems louder when I'm in 4hi and 4lo, but I can hear it in 2wd as well.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

1st gear on the 6speed manual is very low almost like a granny gear. The gear sound I heard on the video sounds normal to me.

Man I hope so! I started hearing it right before my u-joint blew (prior to any of the poly mount changes that I made).
