Stuck rear upper control arm bolts

So I’m on the last step to drop the axle and I went to remove the upper control arms but the bolts stayed in the same place while the tab with the welded nut came right off.

Are you saying the bolts are in too tight to remove? If so, you need to support the weight of the axle so all its weight isn't on the bolts. Place a jack under the axle and lift it enough to take its weight off its control arm bolts.

Alright will do, found some rust holes under there too so I’ve got my work cut out.
