Sudden power loss going down road

I know I posted this a couple days ago, but it was late at night after work and I don't think a lot of people saw it, anyway I changed plugs and boots a couple weeks ago using iridium plugs about a week later it threw a code ,,,misfire in 6,,,i read that some tj's don't get along with after market parts so I went back and got original plugs. the next day it threw another code saying misfire in 1 for whatever reason I put the iridium plug back in 1 and code went away and idle sounded good,,,however when driving to work all of the sudden I lost throttle and all gauges pegged to zero for about half a second, it did this 5 or 6 times on my 20 mile trip I was thinking battery related but when it does it my dash and headlights aren't affected they stay on. no codes or warning it is going to happen,,,,anyone ever heard of this or had it happen to them ?...2000 tj 4.0 auto

So you have all iridium plugs or mismatch of double platinums?

Some cheap and easy checks.

Have you rechecked your plug connections and fire order and made sure your cap is seated properly?

I went with iridium plugs and my Jeep didn’t like them threw random misfires. Went back to the app985 double platinum autolites and random misfires went away. My jeeps a 2001 and has the coil rail.

The gauge sounds like a grounding issue but I could be wrong. Check and clean your battery connections and check the grounding locations to make sure they are clean and tight.

I have the coil rail too so you cant screw up firing order... I have an iridium in 1 and champion rc12ecc in the rest..battery and connectors are fairly new
