So i’ve got some issues going on with the engine and i’m starting with the spark plugs. I was able to change one out, but the rest are completely seized. I tried liquid wrench and a form of WD40 penetrating oil— they’re all still stuck.. not budging AT ALL. Any suggestions??

That's the best stuff you can get in terms of penetrating oil. The second best would be Liquid Wrench.
Kroil, and purchase a long handled 3/8" drive swivel head ratchet with a quality spark plug socket to go with it. Always position the handle so you are pulling on it. It cuts down on the amount of bleeding involved. You can develop a lot of torque pulling vs. pushing and you have a lot more control as well. Taught both my daughters basic mechanics. It's about using the proper tool the proper way.

that's just the porcelain, the hex part should still be there with any luck. If you broke it off flush to the threads you are in for a heap of misery.
What he said. Try working the thread both ways, some times that helps the penetrating oil to do its job. Just don't get too crazy on the torque in either direction.
Also, make sure you get any of the broken porcelain bits out of the spark plug well before you actually remove the plug. You don't need those pieces dropping down into the cylinder. The fact that you've soaked the surrounding area with penetrating fluid might help in keeping the pieces from dropping into the cylinder, but I wouldn't want to take any chances. If you have access to some compressed air, blast down into the wells before removing a plug. And be sure to protect your eyes when doing so.

i haven't changed my plugs yet but can you get a box end wrench on the plug or maybe try a different socket and use a piece of pipe on the ratchet handle for more leverage. the porclein cracking isn't a big deal. did you use a spark plug socket with the rubber boot inside

Good ol' Liquid Wrench ... I remember as a kid in the 50's, my Dad always used Liquid Wrench (of course as a kid, the name fascinated the hell out of me). So I grew up using it. After almost 50 years of restoring antique cars and tractors, I still use it and have always had decent results.
Don't use constant pressure on the ratchet handle. Smack it with the side of your fist or the palm of your hand (if pushing) as hard as you can. A hammer used gently is also an option (but make sure the ratchet has life time warranty) this will make it act like an impact and give you the shock load to break the rust loose, without twisting the flats off.

what ever you use to loosen the rust be sure to use a 6 point socket not a 12point use the shortest extension you have and in a 1/2" drive ratchet or braker bar if you have one when ya put one back in use a regular spark plug socket in a 3/8 drive
The best tip is to remove the spark plugs when the engine is hot!
With the isolator broken off - get a vacuum cleaner and make sure all the porcelain is out of the plug hole before you do anything. Get a good quality 6 point spark plug socket. Then try a rattle gun to loosen the plugs. Good luck!

I'll always soak the plugs with penatraiting oil ( politically correct) then warm the engine, not long a couple of minutes, then I'll loosen the plugs and let the engine cool. Once it's cooler I'll finish the job.
