No. It has them listed as Dana 44 w/ lockers which is what Rubicons come stock with.

That is a good price for the parts and low mileage. I would won’t the inspect the welds to determine the quality of the build. If that checks out and the mileage seems legit, it’s worth that price.
Only things I would want to have different is gear ratio and tire carrier. I have the same set up. I would prefer 4.88’s for the Highway on 37’s and I HATE the tire carrier.
