Anyone seen or made a nice looking filler panel for after a sway bar relocation?

You mean for in front of the grill or the frame holes? If the front sway bar of course.

To replace the plastic Jeep front sway bar cover. After the OEM swaybar has been removed and a winch plate installed.

Just because the sway bar isn't under it doesn't mean the factory has to go anywhere.

I’m not into dumpster diving to get it back.
I’d hoped someone had come up with a nice bent AL piece in the last 10y

We did, it is just a winch deck with bumper attached. That and you should never throw away good parts, some folks need them from time to time if they are in good condition.
