I have a 2.5 lift on my 2004 Rubicon with extended shocks. I’m looking to add seat bar disconnects. I drive forest service roads like an old man (I am an old man), no rock climbing. Just wondering what would be recommended by wrangler pros.

I use, and like, the JKS Quicker Disconnects mentioned by DaveC.

The only thing I really dislike about them is that the tiny grease zerks don't have check balls. So after you grease them, the grease squirts back out for days, and makes a mess everywhere. I would recommend greasing them before installing, and manually roll the joints around to distribute the grease. Then wipe them down, and wrap electrical tape around the shaft over the zerk caps to keep them in place. That may reduce the mess somewhat.

I thought the Rubicon already had disconnects?

Or are different ones required after a lift?
