SYE Upgrade Speedo Sensor

I am doing a T-case overhaul and Advance Adapter SYE. Does the speedometer drive install in the same orientation as it was on the original tail shaft casing? I am guessing the mounting point on the AA SYE tailshaft housing is offset to compensate for the different diameter speedo drive gear on the new shaft but would like to confirm.
I tries to wiggle a borescope in there but can’t get it in view.

I’m new on this forum and the question asked here from 2019 is the reason I’m here. I bought a used transfer case with SYE and the blue speedo drive gear spins on the shaft due to the plastic splines being worn. So where do find a new blue drive gear and what driven gears do I need for correct speedo operation. I’ve rebuild both differentials and changing from stock gearing to 4.56. Thanks in advance!

There's options on Extreme Terrain , Quadratec, and many other sites. Figure out which gear you need and then just Google something like "jeep tj speedo gear XX tooth" and take your pick.

mine installed the same way as the old tailhousing. I imagine the new housing is cast correctly to account for the different gear. There are notches to use based on which gear you have on the sensor.
