I'm traveling while you're in Merus. I've never heard of Wolf Caves, but I think I have kids events that weekend anyway. Would love to hear more though.

Hey Texas jeepers! Looks like I will finally be able to get away for some wheeling at Merus adventure park and Wolf Caves during an upcoming roadtrip. Just putting this out there in case anyone would like to join - I’d love to wheel with some of you guys if you’re able. I’ll be at Merus Nov. 30th and Dec. 1st and tentatively Wolf Caves Dec. 6th and 7th.

Hey @Tob if you are gonna do Wolf Caves I can meet up with you for the day of the 7th on Saturday. @b0xcar would be a possibility that day as well. We went out to Merus 3 years ago and had a great time. They were just getting the place rolling and working on building trails, I'm sure you'll have a great time. Beautiful country for sure.

That would be great! Wolf caves is still tentative until I can convince my wife to spend one more day in the Jeep on the way home. I will let you guys know for sure what we plan to do.

Looks like it will be just Merus this time around guys. We are opting to stay a little longer in Santa Fe instead of making time for wolf caves to make the most of such a long haul. Eventually I will make it out to wolf caves, but I am looking forward to exploring Merus!

Just ran Merus yesterday and it did not disappoint. Bring warm gear as it was cold and windy. It's a bit wet in spots but no mud. There is also a pretty cool cave to explore in the far south west part of the park if you have time. Bring a flashlight.
