I'd like to take this time to thank the myriad of you who have helped me over the past few months in buying my Jeep as well as putting up with my near spamming of the boards with question threads.

I greatly appreciate the help and advice you folks have given me and I look forward to a long and enjoyable time on these forums. :)

Having traveled to the next state to purchase a Wrangler, I can empathize with your journey, but you went a lot further than I did. I once sold a mint Tacoma, and the buyer flew in from Phoenix to make the purchase. Good vehicles are worth travelling to obtain. Glad to have you around asking questions. I think every time someone asks a question, even if they think they shouldn't, there are 10 other Jeepers who would have asked the same question, and are glad to see it discussed.

Good luck with the modifications. Sounds like you are on a good path.

I sold my rust free '74 Bronco to a guy from Georgia. We did the transaction by photographs, then he sent a car hauler to pick it up here in California. The moral to the story is, if you can travel for the right vehicle, do it.

Welcome to the addiction! Keep your Wrangler for life and you'll die a happy man!

We're all happy help..or confuse !! (which ever one comes first)
