ALRIGHTY THEN!

Lets begin, shall we?!

Year: 2004 (TJ)
Model: X
Engine: 4.0 L6
Transmission: 5-speed
Mileage: 140K

Primary Function: Daily Driver

Known issues:
FD side brakes rubbing
Drive Shaft wobble
Steering stabilizer shot
Wheel bearings shot
U-joints...
FFS!

Goal: Make that ride as smooth as butter!!!

First and foremost the ENTIRE drive-line from the transfer case to the wheel bearings will be rebuilt (U-joints, driveshafts, seals, bearings, etc.) and/or replaced.

Shocks and springs come next with a set of Rancho's all around whatever stock spring I can use if mine aren't already in the $#itter.

Steering stabilizer needs... well it needs one lets just say that.

Lifter tick will have to wait until I do a full overhaul but its holding on for now. May change the oil pump and pickup for now.

Wheels will be reused but the tires will probably go up to 31 inches (may need spacers) and most likely be something from Falcon then ts off to the alignment shop.

Driveshafts... I'm going to attempt to balance them myself but if all else fails I do have some funds set aside for some new ones. I'm only doing this because there is a small stint of about 5 miles I commute on the highway. Just trying to take the shake out of the ride over 65 MPH.

WELP, that's what I got for now. If anyone has any comments or suggestions please feel free to pass them my way.
