Keep in mind OP, everyone here uses their Jeep differently. To some, the Quadratec lift would never work for them. For others, that may just want to be higher, for looks, and generally do easier trails, it could work just fine. You would be higher and could fit bigger tires, if that is you main concern. The Rancho RS5000x shocks are very good, I run them, and I have no idea what those Quadratec shocks are, but more than likely kind of shitty, but not to the point of being unusable.
Everyone one of us has a budget to some extent. The springs are probably "OK", then you can upgrade other components when you can, like the shocks, adjustable control arms, etc. For the price though, the Zone lift is at least proven, so I'd probably consider that if you don't mind a body lift, which I personally do not like.
