They didn't just slip in, like they were creeping along either. I think they may have been trying to emulate the Dukes of Hazzard or something...

Here in AZ we have a stupid motorist law. Drive around a barricade and get stuck you get a ticket and pay for your rescue. We finally put that into action after soooooo many rescues of Darwin candidates.
