tire carrier removal/brake light relocation

I want to remove my tire carrier so I'm looking for a bracket to mount the third brake light where the carrier was. The only thing I can find is this stupid license plate relocation bracket with third brake light which would be great if I wanted to relocate my plate, which I don't. I've seen others that mount inside the spare tire, also not helpful. This thing below is exactly what I'm looking for sans the plate part.

Edit: I know I could cut this thing down, but it looks pretty flimsy to begin with & may rattle around without all it's bolts, I'd rather start with something made to fit without alterations.

I suspect you will be making alterations regardless. I saw a cool idea from Evil Offroad that incorporated a 3rd CHMSL, offroad lamps, and an antenna mount. Not for a Jeep, but a clever idea.
