Any of you know how to get the manufacture date off these? They look dry to me like the compounds are hardening. Just wondering how old they are.
No idea how to find what you’re asking for, but that looks like salt. No big deal.
Molded into the tire. First 2 digits are the week. Last 2 digits are the year of manufacture.
Thirtieth week of 2018 on my just replaced separated trailer tire.
July 23-29-2018.
Yeah asshats in Texas started using a brine solution with plows and sand. We get this crap once a year so to keep all the dipshits that can't drive safe we had to start using salt.
That's what I was looking for and there is no 4 number code on these. Thought maybe I'd missed something. Going to look for tires soon these are really dry
It may be on the other side of the tire.
That code only has to be on one side.
Beat me to it.
