TJ / LJ rear fold and tumble seat compatibility

Is the rear seat compatible between LJ/TJ other than the mounting brackets?

I see no reason they wouldn't be compatible.

I believe the LJ brackets that bolt to the bed are one piece on each side. The TJ seat brackets have two pieces per side. That may indicate there is a difference. It also depends on what year TJ. I think earlier models have a different seat mounting set up than my 05.
