So, has anyone here tried this? Looks like it would work pretty good.

The reviews say it doesn't hold large drinks too well (Over 12 ounces), but other than that good reviews.
I was wondering if it got in the way of the passenger very much?

If the airbag deploys will it catch the mount, and whatever is in it, turning it into projectiles?

I have one. Works pretty well. Vibrates a little on a really bumpy road/trail.
