Rugged Ridge Dash Multi-Mount

has anyone tried attaching a GoPro to this mount as well? it seems to use a standardized screw size for cameras but i am unsure what the size is
I am almost 100% confident you can screw a GoPro onto the mount as well. I’ve read that somewhere.

I use a Ram mount attached to my parking brake handle to hold my phone. It requires only a short length of charging cable to reach the cigarette lighter and holds the phone very securely.

That looks awesome!
I installed mine this morning. I bought the tray without the phone mount.
I bought a spigen magnet mount. Came with a ball head vent mount. I removed the vent adapter and attached it to the rugged ridge provided ball.

It really seems so. Took the Jeep on a fire road yesterday. No movement.
I put the plate inside my thin phone case. If u have a thick case I’d imagine you would want the plate on the outside of the case.

Update on my phone set up in the rugged ridge.

since i updated phones to the iPhone 12 mini I found this holder/charger for it stonger magnet than the spigen and the esr mount is compatible with the ball in the rugged ridge bracket. I flipped the mount over to have the phone lower. Used a 1/4-20 nut. Now it’s Out of my view of the road.

These dashboard/window mount suction cups will stick anywhere. And stay. I've used them daily in all sorts of conditions. Similar to Ram mount. But way less expensive.

If you get the above cellphone mount. You'll need the extra gel suction mount. It's the secret weapon in this mix.

Unlike the mag mount which i dont use anymore. The strategy behind these arkon mounts. Is price $25, high ram mount type quality, you can remove it easily and lock it up if need be, it doesnt move. Its rock solid. Especially with the gel suction cup. The regular suction cup stays on glass. But the gel one sticks and holds to dashes solidly. It doesnt come off.

I love this mount. I have a large phone too. Samsung galaxy s20 note ultra. And a very thick heavy otterbox case.
