I've got a rear TJ Dana 44 disc brake axle for sale. It's nearly complete, the guy I got it from popped a ring and pinion and swapped his locker to a different axle, so it just needs gears and likely a carrier or locker to be functional. Factory shafts, splines look good, not twisted at all. The housing looks straight looking down the tubes, if I have it around long enough my friend has an axle test bar I can try to get some pics of setup in it.
Have all the backing plates, rotors, calipers, parking brake cables and the hard brake lines for the axle. Even has a bright red diff cover lol. The driver's side upper might be wallowed out, I can't remember if the factory upper was slotted or not, but the other three CA mounts are round holes, so it's probably wallowed a bit, but all the mounts look good and straight. Minimal rust, some very slight surface rust on the diff face. Still have bearing caps and they are marked side for side.
It's got the factory trac-lok that the guy gave me with it. Looks like someone drilled out the ring gear bolt holes, not sure what that's about, but I figure pretty much everyone is gonna want a locker anyways
Located in Corvallis, OR. May be able to deliver somewhere along the way between Corvallis and Seattle on Monday the 23rd or between Corvallis and Missoula, Montana on the 29th.
I'm gonna throw it up in Craigslist here pretty soon for $1,000, but I'm open to offers
