All euro software calibrations have the immobilizer software embedded in them. Even if turned off, it turns itself back on. The only way around this that I have found that works is to program ecm with USA software and then disable skim function.

A lot more "other stuff" involved. All euro software after 1998 has the skim embedded. Even when you disable it, it will reenable. It was a tough fight, but we finally got it taken care of.
