When you say nothing going to solenoid, do you mean the small wire when in the crank position?
If it’s bypassed no reason to replace it unless you want it to work

Now check power in and out of the ignition switch. Pink/black & Red wire pins 3 & 7 at the switch should have battery power (see red marks on diagram) then check the yellow and Dark blue wires, pins 9 & 10 when cranking should have 12 volts. If you have power in but not out it’s either switch or the actuator from the key to the switch. Remove switch and manually move it. If it tests ok. Need to check from switch through relay to starter.

If switch is good follow the diagram fuse #20 in fuse box inside 12 volts when cranking and fuse #2 40a under hood should have battery power. If those are good check start relay, switch with another relay in the box is an easy way. Pick the horn or another accessory relay not a engine control one. You can jump between the d10 to d14 terminals the engine should crank over look at the side of the relay there is a diagram of relay operation it should look like the diagram above the diagram will have relay terminal numbers. This will help you identify the terminals to jump in the power distribution box. The terminals are numbered on the bottom of the relay.
