I went from a JB standard SYE to a SS sye. It was easier for me to get a new driveshaft. I have my old driveshaft that was just rebuilt available for sale. It has 3 spicer u joints and a new spicer centering ball that were installed in December when I had the shaft lengthened 1" by JE Reel. The shaft is currently about 15.5" compressed to 18.5" fully extended. I think this is ideal for a 16.5"-17" driveline.

I will look into shipping tomorrow. I think it would be best to ship separate as I have a box that fits the driveshaft perfect without any movement.
